the look & smell of wet & rainy mornings,
stretching for fitness & flexibility,
my Little Girl's voice when she says "cookie,"
caring about the planet that enables us life,
understanding of Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder,
thinking outside the box (and sometimes the bun),
caring about our fellow human beings,
being an empathic and fad-free parent,
any time of the entire day on Fridays,
real mail in my real mailbox,
elementary school cafeterias,
weak coffee with lots of cream,
taking very deep breaths,
Chinese or Arabic carryout,
being downright silly,
laughing at myself,
puppy skunk breath,
art of substance,
proper spelling,
meditating,

DIY,
